A completed application is a contract. Once payment is processed, it will not be cancelled or refunded. Food vendor opportunities are limited and allocated accordingly. Generally we allow 1-3 food trucks or tents per event. At present, we hold over 3 dozen events in Florida & Michigan.
If you are interested in participating as a food vendor at one of our events, please email us if you need more details. In you message be sure to include what specific events you’re interested in, your menu items, and an image of your set-up or a link to your website. Be sure to include menu, photos and all relevant food licenses and insurance. An application constitutes a commitment to attending. Participants are required to carry insurance of $1,000,000 covering both Blue Ribbon Events, LLC. and the respective municipality or venue as additionally insured.
Application is below. Once submitted, we will then contact you to discuss the events we have available. Food vendors are on a first come, first deposit paid basis. We don’t charge commissions or percentages.
